Stretching Your Faith with Transformational Yoga

Prayer in motion (combining faith and movement) is about creating time, space and an atmosphere that welcomes the Heavenly Father into every fiber of your being – physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In its simplest definition, yoga is the union or yoking of the mind, body, and spirit.  In faith based practices we yoke our entire being with Christ as we combine our faith with postures of prayer offering adoration, surrender, and humility.  In knowing The One who gives us breath, and setting our intentions on The Lord, our practice becomes transformational.
